Bridal Appointment and Fitting Policy

Appointments

All bridal consultations and fittings are by appointment only.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel appointments where we cannot safely or appropriately deliver the

service. In this case, a full refund will be issued to the payment method used.

Fitting Environment & Privacy

Our fittings take place in private suites and involve customers changing into bridal garments, often while

partially undressed.

To protect the dignity, privacy, and comfort of both our customers and staff, fittings are conducted in a

controlled and respectful environment at all times.

Chaperone Requirement (Where Appropriate)

Where a fitting involves one-to-one assistance in a private suite, we may require the presence of:

- a second member of staff; or

- a companion/chaperone chosen by the customer.

This requirement may be applied where necessary to ensure the comfort, safety, and dignity of everyone

involved.

Staff Welfare

We are committed to providing a safe working environment for our team.

If a member of staff feels uncomfortable conducting a one-to-one fitting, we may:

- assign a different staff member,

- provide a second staff member to be present, or

- rearrange the appointment.

Respectful Conduct

We have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour, including:

- sexualised comments or conduct,

- intrusive or disrespectful behaviour,

- refusal to follow staff guidance during fittings.

We reserve the right to end an appointment immediately if these standards are not met.

Inclusivity

We welcome all customers seeking bridal wear.

Our policies are designed to balance inclusivity with privacy, dignity, and staff welfare in a setting that

involves changing and close personal assistance.

Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse or discontinue service where it is necessary to protect:

-the privacy and dignity of those in the fitting environment, or

-the safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers.

Any such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and not based on protected characteristics.
