Eilidh looked amazing in Seraphine by Elysee for her wedding day at Lochside House Hotel in August! She was styled by our Glasgow team, and paired her dress with a pearl veil and satin scarf.
Tell us a bit about your day!
I had the most incredible day ever and felt a million dollars in my dress! I would do it every week if I could!
How did you end up finding 'the one'?
I went to TWC for a wee browse with some of my bridesmaids not expecting to fall in love with anything. After trying on a few dresses that I thought I would love I was a bit disheartened but wasn’t too fussed as I had lots of time to find something. I was happy to go back to the drawing board when the lovely Katie brought in a dress she thought would suit me. At first I really didn’t think I’d like it. It ended up bringing me to tears and I just knew it was the one! All of my bridesmaids were crying and assured me I wouldn’t find another like it. I’m so glad I had Katie find me my wedding dress, she was a dream!
What did you love about being a The White Collection bride?
I was made to feel so comfortable in their shop and every single person I dealt with was great!
Did you have bridesmaids? How did you involve them in the wedding and how did you decide on their wedding wardrobe?
I had 5 bridesmaids that all did amazing jobs of keeping me sane in the run up and organising the best hen weekends! I chose their dresses from Vesper and they absolutely loved them. Each person felt comfortable and felt they would wear them again!
What was your favourite part of the day?
My favourite part of the day was probably the speeches and the dance. The speeches had the guests in tears of laughter and emotion and the dance floor wasn’t empty once! Everyone said it was the best atmosphere. Not even a small mishap of a fire could stop people dancing!
