Jade from Portishead looked ethereal in Rosa Clara Vrazia! She had a gorgeous summer wedding at Syrencot, and her pictures look amazing.
Tell us a bit about your day!
Our day was the most magical day filled with family and friends! Our wedding was the best day of our lives and we made so many memories. Nothing can ever replace that feeling!
Our ideas came to life in every way and our wedding venue was dressed to perfection! Music was the highlight of the day having live music all day long and everyone danced until the very end of the night!
How did you end up finding 'the one'?
I tried on some dresses in another boutique who had very small sample sizes and as a girl who is top heavy I found it so disheartening. When I went to The White Collection the girls were amazing and every single dress fit like a glove. I could have chosen any as they made me feel so confident, but when I tried on my wedding dress (which one of the girls pulled for me), it was my mums tearful reaction that confirmed it was the one. I tried on one or two more, but tried on my dress again and this time it was me in tears!
What did you love about being a The White Collection bride?
I loved the personalised experience, feeling special and really listened to. I also loved how they made suggestions as I never would have pulled my dress off of the hanger but it was so completely me!
Did you have bridesmaids? How did you involve them in the wedding and how did you decide on their wedding wardrobe?
Yes I had four bridesmaids and I tried to include them in every step of the way, although none of them saw my dress until the day, as the day I found my dress I was only with my mum which made it very special!
I knew I wanted sage green but wanted them to feel comfortable so I decided on a designer and let them choose whatever style they felt most comfortable in! I was lucky that two chose one style and two chose another!
The girls helped me with bits of stationery along the way and we had a week holiday abroad for my hen do, which was so relaxing and needed!
What was your favourite part of the day?
My favourite part of the day was my now husband’s reaction to me walking down the aisle and reading and hearing the vows we had written to each other!
