Lauren and her husband said “I Do” in the Tuscan sunshine this September. She was beautiful in Elliott by Made With Love, which she found with the help of our Glasgow team!

Tell us a bit about your day!

We got married on a beautiful bay in Tuscany in September, and it was everything we dreamed of. Our ceremony overlooked the Tuscan hills, followed by apertivo at the villa. Our wedding meal featured a traditional Italian band who got the party started! We then danced all night under string lights with a DJ and Sax. It was the best day of our lives!

How did you end up finding 'the one'?

I tried on a bit of everything, but I always knew I wanted detail. MWL Elliot stood out to me with the modern 3D lace detail!

What did you love about being a The White Collection bride?

I loved my experience with TWC Glasgow, the girls couldn’t have been more helpful and I felt so spoiled during the whole process. I can’t recommend the store enough!

Did you have bridesmaids? How did you involve them in the wedding and how did you decide on their wedding wardrobe?

I had 2 bridesmaids and my Maid of Honour! I wanted their dresses to tone in with the sunset colours of Tuscany so I went for a rust shade. I also wanted them to compliment my dress so I kept them very plain and simple!

What was your favourite part of the day?

This is a tough one! I loved our ceremony and how special it felt, another highlight was the Italian band who played during dinner! I remember just taking it all in watching all of our family and friends enjoy the moment. It was a pinch me moment for sure!
