Tell us a bit about your day!
We decided we wanted an abroad wedding and found our dream venue near Girona. We made a full weekend out of it with a welcome Pool and Paella party on the Friday and then the big wedding on the Saturday by which time guests were on full swing and fun mode! We had a later ceremony to save our guests from the heat of the day, conducted by one of our closest friends which was really personal and special. We then had cocktail hour with saxophones and good vibes which took us through the rest of the day. We were so lucky to be able to enjoy the sunshine and have the whole day outside!
How did you end up finding 'the one'?
Nikki was absolutely amazing and just somehow knew what I was going to love. We tried a few different things to rule out styles that didn’t feel like me, and quickly found one that I loved! I’m very indecisive but Nikki was amazing and didn’t pressure me, she just helped me see what things I could potentially tweak on the dress to really make it completely perfect that I wouldn’t have even thought about.
What did you love about being a bride of The White Collection?
Every time I was at TWC I felt so special and looked after. Everyone made me feel so at ease and made the whole process exciting and calm at the same time, without the stress! I also found my second look dress as they had a special offer on, and I couldn’t resist!
Did you have bridesmaids? How did you involve them in the wedding and how did you decide on their wedding wardrobe?
6! I wanted them all in the same colour and material but in different styles that they would all be comfortable in so gave them free reign! I made them personalised bouquet pins to have a little something special on the day!
What was your favourite part of the day?
Honestly, all of it! But probably the party where we could just totally let loose and soak up what had been such an incredible day.
