Lauren travelled from Pencoed, Wales, to our Portishead boutique to choose her dress! She looked beautiful in MWL Elliot paired with Cameron tulle wings. Lauren and her husband said “I Do” at Sant Ffraed House in December.
Tell us a bit about your day!
Our whole day went perfect! We had a winter wedding so the tulle wings I chose added the perfect “winter wedding vibes” while still having the beautiful dress that I loved!
How did you end up finding 'the one'?
I always knew I loved the MWL dresses so when I started looking, The White Collection was the first place I booked to go and I made my mind up straight away!
The amazing stylists made me feel so comfortable! After trying a few dresses on and getting a feel of what I was looking for, they picked out Elliot for me to try — straight away when I put it on I knew it was ‘the one’!
I couldn’t have been happier with the help I had from The White Collection stylists!
What did you love about being a The White Collection bride?
I loved the whole experience, it felt so personal and just overall amazing, choosing my dress and collecting it were both so special.
The dress I chose made me feel like a princess, and thanks to the girls at The White Collection I even arranged to have the same material as my dress added onto my daughter’s flower girl dress which was so special!
Did you have bridesmaids? How did you involve them in the wedding and how did you decide on their wedding wardrobe?
I had 4 bridesmaids who were a massive part of my wedding, they made my morning and night before so special and so relaxing for me.
They wore black satin dresses but each chose their own style that made them feel comfortable also.
What was your favourite part of the day?
My favourite part of the day was getting ready in the morning with my girls as I just felt so relaxed and so happy when I put my dress on!
Also the ceremony, marrying my husband with our 2 children next to us.
