Sarah looks after all finance, ordering and staffing, and she is extremely organised! She has previously worked as a Wedding Planner and has a degree in textiles, so opening bridal boutiques was a natural progression and something she has excelled at.

She lives a very busy life with not only the shops, but three children to manage. She enjoys socialising with friends and going away to explore new places with her family in her motorhome.

Laura looks after everything marketing and visual within The White Collection. If you are having a chat on Instagram, it's Laura you will be speaking to. Laura has a background in luxury retail and has a degree in Criminology, so she loves fashion but is also a fan of crime documentaries!

In her spare time she loves to go out for dinner with friends. Laura has recently starred in the iconic 'Say Yes to the Dress with Tan France', and you will see her throughout the series providing her bridal expertise and showcasing our beautiful dresses.

Nicola is a self-confessed shopaholic, so her role at TWC fits her perfectly! She loves anything to do with bridal fashion and seeing all the latest trends and timeless bridal looks that we can share with our brides. We love her ‘can do’ attitude and professionalism. Nicola looks great in all of the dresses and we often get her to try them on!

Outside of work, along with shopping, she loves being with family and friends.

Katherine started with TWC in 2019 when she was 16 as part of a work experience placement. Now a permanent member of the team, Katherine is in charge of buying all of beautiful accessories for our brides.

Outside of work, Katherine loves to spend time with friends and family. She loves travelling and spending time on beautiful beaches.

Sally started with TWC in 2018. Out of work, Sally loves spending time with friends and family, usually eating and drinking! If you don't find her in a restaurant or cafe, you'll find her at the gym or watching crime documentaries on the sofa with her French bulldog, Bruno.

Sally became the manager of Coco+Kate in 2023, and she provides a great link between The White Collection and our sister shop Coco+Kate.

“I can safely say sharing the moment with each bride when she finds The One never gets old. It's such a privilege to be a part of one of the most special moments in someone's life. I also love helping to select our new dresses each season! It's so exciting to see what new trends and styles are coming into the bridal industry next!”

Beatrice manages our incredible team in Portishead and Clevedon. She has lots of bridal experience and loves helping our brides find their perfect dress. We love her warm personality!

In her spare time, Bea loves spending time with her sausage dogs, Pancake and Waffle!

“I love that feeling when you find 'the one' for the bride, even when it's not a dress that she may have considered. I enjoy meeting so many brides with different styles and being a massive part of their big day.”

Michelle leads our amazing team in Glasgow. She loves being part of a bride's journey and ensuring everything is running smoothly.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, friends and family. She also loves anything with four legs, especially her cats. She also loves to go on a cruise!

“There are too many favourite parts of working in bridal; it really is the dream job! It’s such an honour and a pleasure being part of our bride's journey. I love getting to know them and their guests, sharing their vision and excitement on one of the most memorable and happiest days of their lives."

Louise has a degree in fashion and has worked in the bridal industry for seven years. She loves guiding brides through their dress journey and helping them find 'the one'!

“I love working around a team of strong and confident women. I also love being able to squish any worries my bride may have about finding their dress and seeing them fill up with confidence when they realise they can put their trust in me. When I’m not in work, I love spending time with my fur baby, Penny. She’s a German Shepherd and such a character! Paintings and anything crafty are my chill-out zones."

George has been with us since 2022. We love her efficient nature and the smooth running of The White Outlet!

If she's not at work, she's usually on holiday; she loves the sun, sea and snow! George loves to cook and bake sweet treats.

Making sure you tick all of their boxes with their dress is really important, and the 'Yes' moment really is the icing on the cake! I’m so lucky to meet and work with such amazing women; no two days are ever the same!’’

Sam has been a member of the team since 2022. After studying Fashion for her degree, Sam wanted to immerse herself in a career that allowed her to use the skills she had learned. We love her sense of style!

Outside of work, you'll often find Sam in the gym or walking her dog.

Stef is always smiling and loves being with people, so working with brides and wedding dresses is her dream job!

“I just love wedding dresses! When I was in Year 10, I made a wedding dress because I just love them! I love being part of the bride's journey.”

Grace is currently studying Fashion Promotion at university, and her love of fashion makes her perfect for working at The White Outlet.

Tara works in The White Outlet, and she is a great member of the team.

Katie began working in the bridal industry part-time and loved it so much that she has made it her full-time career.

"My favourite part of being a bridal stylist is getting to see a bride’s confidence blossom. I love being able to empower women to feel confident on their big day! Spreading body positivity is really important to me, and I love that I get to do it every day. Working in an environment with such strong, uplifting women is also a huge bonus!

When I’m not helping my lovely brides, I enjoy reading or going to the gym!"

Keelin has a background in performance, and she loves to use her skills to help brides feel beautiful on their big day.

"I’d describe myself as being confident, and there’s nothing I love more than encouraging the women around me to be confident too. I love building women up and motivating self-love.

In my spare time I love going out with friends, going to the theatre and listening to music. Some of my favourite things include dogs, coffee, fashion, Autumn and ABBA!"

Niamh has been working in the bridal industry for the past two years. She loves how every bride is different, and she wants you to feel both beautiful and empowered on your journey to find your dress.

"From a woman to a bride, I’ll be your biggest cheerleader the whole way!

Away from the fitting room, you’ll find me either deep in home renovations, on the search for Scotland’s best sushi or in my wetsuit, surfing off the West Coast. Being naturally creative, I enjoy celebrating peoples unique qualities through marketing and photography, focusing on finite details to create impactful looks."

Kirsty loves fashion, and she has recently graduated with a degree in Fashion Design. Kirsty knew that working in the bridal industry was the right career for her.

"I love helping brides find their special dress for their big day! Every bride is so different and unique with their own bridal vision, which really excites me. I feel so lucky to be a part of a bride’s journey and see how empowered and confident they can be once they have found the one.”

Rebekah enjoys working behind the scenes to help brides find their ideal look for their big day. As someone who loves fashion, working at TWC is perfect for her. “My whole life is consumed by fashion, and I’m forever grateful to have this opportunity and immerse myself in all things luxury bridal. When I’m not busy with bridal, I’ll probably be found doing something else fashion or beauty related like spending an obscene amount of money on skincare, Vogue and clothes! I also have a knack for photography. I’m constantly looking to expand my knowledge in the industry and seeing where I fit into that.”
