"I found this bridal boutique when looking for Rosa Clara dresses. I was amazed but the quality of the dresses. Every dress was beautiful. I have been to another bridal boutique and not found the same level of design or quality. I travelled from bath and it was worth it . Both Sarah and Emily were amazing when helping me pick my dress. Extremely patient when I couldn’t decide what I wanted. I took me three visits but on the third I have people join who couldn’t attend the bridal shop on video and that was great too. I really felt that the dress was incredible and amazing detail and the quality but both Emily and Sarah want you as a bride to have your prefect dress. "I had a lovely dress shopping experience at The White Collection. Although I actually found my ‘the one’ dress in another boutique I wanted to take the time to write a review as I really had a lovely experience here. It was my first boutique I visited and I really had no idea what I was looking for. I found both members of staff absolutely lovely and really helpful. They offered lovely little touches here, a personalised welcome sign and Prosecco which made it all feel very special. They helped me select dresses and helped me get into the dresses without feeling in the slightest bit uncomfortable. Although I never found my dress here, they helped me choose exactly what style of dress I would choose for my wedding day. And it was actually totally the opposite style to what I had in my mind. The shop is beautiful, the staff are lovely. And if you want a special bridal experience I would highly recommend The White Collection."

"I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Both the ladies at the Portishead store were lovely but Nicola assisted me in finding my perfect dress and I am over the moon impressed. Nothing was too much trouble for her, even after trying on a million different dresses and then re-trying them on again! The communication was exceptional, I had never been dress shopping before and I was so nervous and didn’t know what to expect but she put me at complete ease and the service was second to none. She suggested different dresses to I originally picked based on what I was saying as we were going through my choices and I ended up purchasing one that she suggested in the end and it was perfect! There was no pressure to purchase and I felt completely comfortable and at ease the whole experience. I am so glad I went to The White Collection and would recommend it to anyone and everyone. Both ladies were fabulous - they listened to everything I said I was looking for, they knew all their dresses inside out and gave brilliant advice. They were so patient, spent time carefully pinning and styling each dress, even after I tried on the same dress for the fourth time! They made me feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole appointment and best of all, helped me find my dress!"

The communication was unprecedented and I have had a few appointments at other stores. They will go above and beyond to try their best to get every dress you would like to try on, in store in your size (or a size you can try). "Looking for my wedding dress, this was the 8th shop I visited but came away really happy after one visit with a dress I can't wait to get married in! I never thought I'd be someone to buy a dress there and then!

Emily and Sally were just amazing and the whole shop 'ethos' in general was by far the best bridal shopping experience I had during my search.

Communication prior to my appointment was easy. The decor was beautiful and we were warmly welcomed when we arrived. The selection of dresses were stunning - plenty of options for brides looking for something modern yet still special. I really valued being left to browse the whole collection which hadn't happened in any of the other shops I visited. It felt much more like my choice of dresses to try on, rather than telling a stranger what you want and hoping they pick out what you described.

I didn't feel rushed or pressured at any point, and both Emily and Sally were really skilled at making subtle suggestions or observations about dresses as I tried them on - without sounding opinionated or over familiar!

I feel so confident that my dress is now I'm their hands and genuinely looking forward to going back for fittings with Abigail upstairs.
