To avoid confusion, we only accept bookings made online and not over the phone or on social media. Our easy online booking system means you can see available slots and choose the best one for you. You do not need a PayPal account, just select the ‘pay by card’ option on the PayPal pop up. 

Please note, booking fees are non-refundable, although we will rearrange your appointment wherever possible. 

All of our gowns are fashion forward and different, but there is a clear difference between our stores. From January 2023, our boutiques are getting a new identity, so please bear this in mind when booking. 

 

Book Portishead if any of these are what you are looking for - structure, sparkle, detail, classic, long statement trains, ball gowns or satins.

 

Book Clevedon if you are looking for any of the following - relaxed, boho, edgy, simple, understated or crepes.

 

Book Wine St if you have a lead time of less than 6 months, or you have a budget of under £1,500.

The simplest answer is when you're ready to say yes to the dress. If you start your search before you are ready to commit, you might find the one too early. This means that when you are ready to commit, you may spend a while trying to match the same feeling you had in a dress that is no longer available. Trust us when we say this can be heartbreaking!

 

When the time is right for you, it could be 10-months or 2-years before; we recommend not leaving this less than a year prior to your wedding day to avoid rush fees.

Yes! If we don't have it in store, we can most likely borrow it in for you. Get in touch to discuss this with your stylist

This happens a lot! We promise two dresses in, all the nerves will disappear!

Yes! You can park on Hill Road in Clevedon just outside the shop for up to two hours.

 

There is a car park only a couple of minutes away in Portishead where it is free to park all day. Use Postcode BS20 8LR; the entrance is opposite the Aldi car park.

Yes. Your appointment is exclusive, meaning it’s just one bride and her guests at any one time.

We do not purchase any second-hand dresses, no matter how good the condition. We only purchase directly from our designers.

Gowns start at £2,000 and go up to £7,000. Please call for more detailed information.

If your budget is less than our starting price, we recommend visiting our Outlet on Wine Street in Bristol city centre.

6-12 months, depending on a few variables. Rush options are available for some designers and selected dresses for those shopping on a shorter lead-time. Please call to request more detailed information.

If you would like to take your dress home with you the same day, we recommend visiting our Outlet on Wine Street in Bristol city centre.

We have gowns between sizes 6-26. If you are anxious about sizing, please give our stylists a call who will only be too happy to chat it through, but please try not to be nervous as we have a lot of our dresses in more than one size.

We adore little ones at The White Collection, but we appreciate the care and attention that they need. Therefore, children under 16 are not permitted in the boutique.

We don’t allow photography in the boutique because a photo of you in a sample dresses won’t be a true reflection of how you’ll look on your wedding day. We politely ask that you make your guests aware of this.

All of our appointments are VIP appointments! Our boutiques are exclusive to only you and your guests during your appointment. Our dressing room spaces are huge, and we serve refreshments to everyone.
